Congratulations to Naomi & Matty! A truly beautiful couple, both from the Merseyside area. Naomi a beautician has a love for all things beauty, reflected in her wedding dress choice, a classy sleeved laced wedding gown. Naomi has a relaxed nature, is quietly confident and has a great sense of humour. Her man Matty, bold confident and direct, a chivalrous old school gentleman, a sergeant in the Irish Guard. An all round good soul. This stunning pair met each other online dating and within eighteen months of knowing one another Matty was romantically down on one knee proposing to his soulmate Naomi up a mountain in Italy. A relatively short engagement, saw them tying the knot in Ormskirk Liverpool, not far from where they both live. The wedding day itself was a crisp sunny day late November. The couple both being believers wanted a traditional church ceremony, so chose the historic Ormskirk Parish church for their wedding day. An incredible building making a striking backdrop for some dramatic wedding photographs! The newlyweds took time out of their day to pay a compassionate visit to Matty’s mum’s grave within the church grounds paying their respects with a beautiful bouquet of wedding flowers. The primary colour for their wedding day was a dusky pink. The whole wedding day had a very intimate and loving energy. The wedding venue reception and celebrations took place at the ever popular West Tower in Aughton. Close to the church and supported Naomi and her bridesmaids bridal preparations in the beautiful cristal suite. I particularly like the beautiful gardens at this wedding venue, which created some incredibly intimate and loving wedding photographs for the couple. I’ve known Naomi as a friend for over ten years and this is one of the reasons they decided to choose me as their wedding photographer, they knew my charachter and were confident I’d listen to them and deliver the results they both wanted. My favourite memory of their wedding day was literally seeing how in love and happy they both are and how strong and united they are as a couple, witnessed throughout the entirety of their wedding day.
