WEST TOWER WEDDING ORMSKIRK
Emma & Chris’s Golden Autumn Wedding at West Tower, Ormskirk. There are some wedding days that simply feel like magic from the very first moment — and Emma and Chris’s beautiful autumn celebration at West Tower in Ormskirk was exactly that. With the soft golden light, the rolling Lancashire countryside, and two people utterly in love, it was a day that radiated warmth and joy.West Tower is one of those venues that looks stunning in every season, but autumn gives it something extra special. The leaves were turning rich shades of amber and crimson, the air was crisp, and the venue’s timeless architecture glowed in the low afternoon sun. As a wedding photographer, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting.Emma’s morning was filled with laughter as she got ready in the elegant bridal suite, surrounded by her closest friends. Her dress was classic and romantic, with delicate lace details that caught the light beautifully. Chris waited downstairs, nerves and excitement in equal measure, looking out across the sweeping views of the Ormskirk countryside.Their ceremony was heartfelt and intimate — the kind that makes you remember exactly why you love photographing weddings. Afterwards, guests spilled out onto the terrace for confetti and champagne, with the golden hour sun painting everything in soft, glowing tones. We wandered through the gardens for portraits, capturing those quiet, in-between moments that speak volumes. As the evening fell, West Tower came alive with twinkling lights and laughter. The speeches had everyone in tears (and giggles!), and the dance floor never emptied once the music started.Emma and Chris’s wedding was a perfect reminder of what makes West Tower Ormskirk such a special place — elegant, romantic, and full of heart. I left that night feeling grateful to have captured their story; two beautiful souls, surrounded by love, celebrating the start of their forever beneath the autumn sky.
